Underground

I started my day off right.

Today my class went underground to the original level of the city under Old Town Square. I can't believe people lived down there. It was terrifying. Apparently this place also has night tours, but I would much rather go to the Bone Church. This place had deep wells and crevices and I thought it was going to collapse on me. shudder. It was cool though. Just terrifying also.

At 14:00, we watched the Astronomical Clock go off. Pretty anti-climactic if you ask me. At 13:00, we had watched it from the inside, that was also kind of anti-climactic. It's a clock. It's big. The different circles are about stars or something. Astronomy. blah.

And then...this random guy in the street had a mini pig and he let me hold it. BFFs. Me and the pig, not the guy. HE WAS SO CUTE (once again, talking about the pig).

Then I got lost trying to find the US embassy. The good news is I found the Spanish and Italian embassies if I need to go there for anything...

The security was much more intense than I had thought it would be. Elaine and I hiked up the garden hill at the embassy and chilled. I'm glad I got to distract her from work.

On a different note, my Czech is coming along great, I have a quiz tomorrow though. So na shledanou, ahoj, etc.
